CFB Divers Head to 5A Regional Competition

On Jan. 19, the CFB dive team competed for the District 5A championship at Grapevine, ending with two regional qualifiers (top 6 qualified for regional).

These divers will go on to 5A Regional at Frisco in two weeks:
5th place Ashley Alexander Sr. Creekview
6th place Jacob Johnson Sr. Smith

Girls:
9th place Blythe Lybbart Ranchview
10th place Karina Roberts Creekview
11th place Gabby Peters Ranchview

Boys:
7th place Napolean Ferrer Ranchview
8th place Miguel Videl Ranchview
9th place Jack Texada Smith
10th place Andrew Globensky Turner

RHS Swimmers and Divers Place at Regional Meet

During the week of Feb. 8, six Creekview High School athletes represented the Ranchview Wolves the Regional Swim and Dive Meet. Preston Meyskens and Napoleon Ferrer represented in diving on Thursday with 11th and 13th place. Both Relays, 200 Medley Relay and 200 Free Relay, of Ishan Mistry, Max Matsushita, Geron Graham, and Sai Senpon, went a seasonal best time and qualified for console finals. Ishan Mistry was the only individual swimmer and dropped 11 seconds in his 500 Free. Alternate Nathan Loh stepped up to take a swimmers place in the 200 Medley and went his fastest split in the 200 Medley Relay with a 25.9.
