Living with a Temporary Guardian

If a student is living with a temporary guardian, an admission hearing is required. Please work with your school office staff to complete the procedures listed below and the admission hearing.

Admission Hearing

Please follow the steps listed below, if a student is living with a temporary guardian, and the parent or legal guardian lives outside of the Dallas-Ft. Worth area:

1. the student’s temporary guardian must fill out and submit Form 4,
2. the student’s parent must print and fill out the Power of Attorney.
3. The Power of Attorney must be notarized by the parent or legal guardian and taken to the campus to complete enrollment

Vivir con un tutor temporal

Si un estudiante vive con un tutor temporal, se requiere una audiencia de admisión. Por favor, trabaje con el personal de la oficina de su escuela para completar los procedimientos enumerados a continuación y la audiencia de admisión. 

Audiencia de admisión

Por favor seguir los pasos en la lista abajo, si el estudiante vive con un tutor temporal, y los padres o tutores viven fuera del área de Dallas-Ft. Worth,

1. el tutor temporal del estudiante deberá completar Form 4,
2. los padres del estudiante deberán imprimir y completar Carta de Poder.
3. la Carta Poder deberá ser firmada ante un notario público antes de llevar su documentación a la escuela para terminar la registración en la escuela
