Shashi Panatpur
Hello! My name is Shashi Panatpur. I am so excited to be a member of two awesome families, Las Colinas and Blanton Elementary! This is my 30th year as an educator, and still going strong! I started my journey as an educator in 1985 in India as an Elementary School Teacher and Coordinator for 6 years.
I came to the U.S. in 1990 for higher studies. I have a Master’s Degree in Child Development and School Administration. I taught Middle School Math at Odom Academy, Beaumont, Texas for 7 years. I am married to a very caring human being, Bala Panatpur. We have two girls. My 20 year old is in Medical School majoring in Neuroscience and Cardiology. My 16 year old is a Senior in Coppell ISD.  The most important and adorable member of our family is Rusky our Pomapoo pet dog who is 5 years old!
We moved to Dallas Texas in 1999. I was a Math/Science teacher at Dan D. Rogers Elementary for 4 years. My Principal, Phil Jackson moved to Carrollton Elementary, CFBISD and tagged me along. I taught Math/Science at Carrollton Elementary for 12 years. This is when the call for Administrative Leadership came along! Here I am today at two awesome campuses! I would like to make one promise for sure… to put my best foot forward to learn as I work with each one of you for the success of those young minds that walk through the doors of CFBISD at Las Colinas and Blanton, and then out into the real world!
