CFBISD HEALTH SERVICES
All newly enrolling students from outside of the United States will be referred to the Dallas County Health Department, along with their immunization records, prior to enrolling in school. Â The health department will determine if the student is coming from a country with high endemic TB rates and needs to be tested for TB.
The student may also receive any missing vaccinations and be updated on their immunizations at the clinic. You will receive a copy of your Immunization Record for school use. Please bring that copy with you for school enrollment purposes.
- Take a copy of shot records with you to the clinic
- It costs $10.00 per child first visit then $5.00 subsequent visits
- A parent or guardian must accompany all minors
- They cannot see you if you have private insurance
