New Students

If you are new to C-FB and need to register a student at Blalack, here are the steps and documents you need:

1.  Register online at www.enrollcfb.com
2.  Print confirmation
3.  Bring the following documents to school  during the school day 8:15-4:15.

• Confirmation page (from website)
• Home Language Survey (from website)
• Proof of residence (lease or mortgage)
• Utility bill
• Birth certificate or passport
• Immunizations
