Dreama Mayfield
My name is Dreama Mayfield and I am excited to be the Principal at La Villita Elementary.  I have spent over 30 years in education in a variety of positions and locations. I have been a teacher in Morgantown, West Virginia and in Midland, Texas. I have been an administrator in Frenship ISD, Irving ISD, and I am proud to have been a principal in CFBISD for many years. I love my job and working with students, parents, and our incredible staff is a joy each day.
On behalf of the entire staff, welcome to La Villita Elementary! At La Villita Elementary, the staff focuses on the academic achievement of each student as we want our students to achieve their highest potential and mature into thoughtful, caring, and productive citizens that will become our leaders of today and in the future.
We have a dedicated staff that provides a safe and nurturing environment that supports and challenges each student in a family-like setting. Students are exposed to a variety of meaningful learning experiences that will build a strong foundation for their educational journey.
We are very excited that you and your family are a part of the La Villita community. In order for a school to be successful, it is critical that all parties work together to support our students.
