Tuition payment and refund policy

Tuition and fees are the responsibility of the student.

Payment and reimbursement policies are conducted through C-FB Virtual Campus as outlined by the terms of the registration agreement.  Some courses may require the purchase of additional materials and textbooks not included in the tuition fee.

Students who withdraw from an online course within 10 days after enrollment may receive a partial tuition refund for the course.  A $50.00 administrative fee will be charged for all withdrawals in addition to online credit card payment fees, if used.  No refunds will be made for students who request to withdraw from a course after ten days after the course start date.

Each student will have a specific schedule for completing and turning in assignments.

When you register for any C-FB VCampus course, please make sure that you provide the email address that you intend to use throughout your course. That email address must be an active, functional account that will handle large file attachments.
