I am so excited and honored to join the Leopard Family this year! As a former student and graduate of C-FBISD, I can’t think of any other district I’d rather be in! My career in CFB began 10 years ago as a chemistry teacher at RL Turner High School, where I was also given the honor of serving as the BioMed Academy Director for three years. I left the lion’s den to join the bear’s cave as the assistant principal at Blalack Middle School where I have truly enjoyed working these past 3 years. As the first born of immigrant parents, I come from a long line of strong believers in the importance of a solid education and I am ecstatic to work with our K-5 students here at La Villita!  As I journey over to the Leopard Family, I look forward to partnering with students, parents and the community, because it is through this collaboration that EACH student will achieve at high levels.  2017 -2018 is going to be another great year to be a La Villita Leopard!
