Meet the Counselors

Creekview Counselor, Tina Iglesias

Tina Iglesias

Hello!  My name is Mrs. Iglesias.  I was born and raised in sunny San Diego.  21 years ago, life brought me to Texas.  After a detour of 6 years in Arizona, my family and I happily returned to the Dallas area.  I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Human Behavior and Development and my Master’s in School Counseling from Amberton University.  This is my fifth year at Creekview High School and my 13th year as a School Counselor.

I am happily married for 18 years and have two young sons, Aiden (7 years) and Austin (3 years), who keep us pretty busy.  Together, we love to travel, have movie nights, and watch my son Aiden play hockey and soccer.

My role as a school counselor has truly been rewarding and I’m excited to be working with students, teachers, the administrative team, and parents who are vested in educational success.  My belief is to always encourage all students to strive to achieve their goals.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you need my assistance.

I am looking forward to an amazing year!
