Thompson Elementary Celebrates a Day of Science

Thompson Elementary celebrated a Day of Science January 10th with some help from Long Middle School engineering students. Several 8th graders spent time with 5th grade students showing them the ins and outs of programming a robot. After their robots made it over the finish line, the only thing left to do was program a victory dance! There were several students who learned they had a love for programming by the end of the day.
