Carrollton Elementary held its Leukemia & Lymphoma Society funds drive throughout October. They reached their goal of $3000 (double what was raised in the previous year). By itself, Mrs. Grilli’s class raised over $400 towards the fund drive. As a result, they were able to go to Urban Air Trampoline and then to Olive Garden. Great work, Carrollton Elementary!
This past Saturday, December 3, the CFBISD Elementary District Honor Choir, a high level auditioned choir made up of 80 incredible singers from elementary schools throughout the district, performed a winter concert for parents, friends, and shoppers at the Shops at Willow Bend in Plano.
Their themed performance of songs featuring messages of peace, unity, and hope drew a large crowd and was met with a standing ovation!

Carrollton Elementary school surpassed their $3,000 goal thanks to Spirit Sticks! These generous students raised $1,100 more than their best year. Thank you so much for making such a difference in the lives of patients across North Texas and using Spirit Sticks to have fun doing it!
On Dec. 18, Carrollton Elementary held its annual canned food drive to feed the hungry, collecting enough canned food to feed 2,200 people.
