Congratulations to the Ranchview Wolves Football Team for advancing in the UIL STATE FOOTBALL Playoffs.

They will be taking on Kennedale this Friday, Nov 17^th, 2017 at 7:30 pm at the CEDAR HILL ISD STADIUM located at #1 Longhorn Blvd., Cedar Hill, Texas.

Ranchview is the home team.

Ticket prices at the GATE: $5.00 for Adults, $3.00 for Students

NO PRE SALE TICKETS available.

Passes Accepted: 6-4A Adm Pass.

PARKING FEE: $5.00 per vehicle to enter the parking lot.

STADIUM RULES: NO OUTSIDE BAGS – Only purses are allowed. No outside food or beverage allowed in the stadium. No balloons, confetti, or horns allowed inside the stadium.

Ava Castillo has had an impressive high school career.  She has represented CFBISD and Ranchview High school with the heart and spirit of a pro.  She participated in her last Class 4A tournament on May 14-15 at the Slick Rock course in Marble Falls.

In the first day of the tournament, Ava scored a 99. The following day she displayed the mental toughness that she has done throughout her career at Ranchview.  She came back and fired her State Tournament best 82. She finished with a score a 181 for the 2 days and tied for 31st place out of 72 golfers.
Ava has been the District Champion All 4 years while at Ranchview. She has made the All-Region team (top 10 medalists) all 4 years. She led the girls team to the State tournament her freshman year and has qualified and participated in the State Tournament 3 out of the 4 years here at Ranchview.
She closed out her career with a par on the difficult 18th hole at Slick Rock hitting a remarkable 5 wood into the wind from 160 yards to within 20 feet of the hole. While her playing days at Ranchview have come to an end, she exits as the most decorated golfer in the history of Ranchview High School Golf.

Ranchview High School senior, Ava Castillo, had to dig deep at this year’s Regional Tournament.  The two-day Regional 4AAAA Golf Tournament took place at Van Zandt Country Club. Ava had a difficult time on day one shooting a score of 90. She was in 15th place out of 85 regional qualifiers.

On day two, Ava had to shoot better than a 76, break the school record, and shoot a personal best in a high school tournament if she wanted to qualify for the state tournament.

Ava persevered and shot a 74! Ava will be going back to State to represent CFBISD and the Ranchview golf program!

The state tournament will be in Mable Falls at Horseshoe Bay Resort later this month.

Congratulations to the Girls of Ranchview High School’s Track and Field Team!

They went to Austin on May 12-14, 2017 to compete in the 4A State Championship.  MaQhi Berry finished 8th in long jump, the 4*100 Aleixs McGill, Lamantra Fricks, Destiny Barclift, and Berry finished 9th with a personal best time of 48.61.  They placed fourth in the 4*400 Aalivyah Woodard, Olivia Thomas, MaQhi Berry, and Lauryn McCollum setting a new school record again with a time of 3:56.06.

Ranchview Baseball Heading to State Playoffs

Congratulations to the Ranchview Baseball Team for making it to the UIL State Baseball Playoffs 2017! CFBISD is very proud of Coach Marc Garza and his varsity team for their outstanding performance in District.

Ranchview (home team) will take on Krum (visitors) in a playoff series starting this Friday night, May 5th, 2017 at 7:30 pm for GAME 1 at Keller Central High School located at 9450 Ray White Rd., Keller, Tx 76244.

Game 2 will be played at the same location on Saturday, May 6th at NOON, and Game 3 – If Needed, will be played 30 minutes after game 2. For Game 2 – Ranchview will be the visiting team.

Ticket prices are $5.00 for Adults and $3.00 for Students.

The 10-4A Administrator Pass will be accepted.
