Meet the Principal of Blalack Middle School

The Carrollton-Farmers Branch Independent School District is proud to announce the appointment of Dr. Keith Davis as the new principal of Blalack Middle School for the 2019-2020 school year. Davis comes from Ranchview High School where he was an assistant principal. He has also served as a principal in Illinois before coming to Texas.

Davis started his career at Bloomington High School as a history teacher and football coach. He also served as Principal of Heather Hill Elementary School in Flossmoor IL, Assistant Principal at Confluence Academy in St. Louis MO, Dean of Students, History Teacher/Department Chair, and Head Football Coach at Urban Prep Academy for Young Men in Chicago IL. In 2018, Davis became the Assistant Principal at Ranchview High School where he served until his new appointment.

Davis holds a bachelor’s degree from Eureka College, master’s Degree from DePaul University, and my doctoral Degree from Saint Louis University.

He is passionate about assisting students in academic and socio-emotional growth and looks forward to working with the great students, families, staff, and community of Blalack Middle School to ensure the success of students and helping them achieve their maximum potential.
