Doors open at 7:05 AM. Students are to go directly to the gym or cafeteria to eat breakfast.

Volunteers
Fill out the online background check. You must do this in order to attend class parties and field trips coming up during the school year. Don’t be left out!

Early Pick-Up
To maximize instruction time, parents cannot pick up their child between 2:45 – 2:55 PM from the office.
If you have a medical appointment to attend, please come before 2:45 PM to sign your child out.
Pick-Up & Drop-Off
Drop your child off and pick up at the Saddlehorn Drive doors.
Dress Code
Tops: Red, White or Blue (light or dark)
Bottoms: Khaki or Navy Blue
Shoes: Closed-Toe
Fridays: Jeans with Landry spirit shirt or uniform shirt (no holes, rips or tears in jeans)
Visitors
Check in to the office with your ID to receive a visitor badge.
Lunch: Parents are welcome to have lunch with their children ONLY on Fridays.
No ID, no entry
Communication
“Thursday Folders” will go home with your child every Thursday and are to be returned the following Friday. In the folder you will find important flyers and information about upcoming school events and graded work.
Check your child’s planner on a daily basis for teacher-to-parent communication.
Incoming phone calls to speak with your child’s teacher during instruction time will not be transferred.
Please reach out to the teacher during their planning period or e-mail.
Be sure your contact information is accurate in Parent Self Serve should the school need to contact you or an appointed adult in the event of an emergency.
Each grade level will send weekly newsletters. Campus newsletters will be sent from the Principal each month.
Parking
Visitor parking after 4 p.m. will be in the lot northwest of the campus building. There will no longer be parking in the lot north of the campus building or at the parking lot immediately adjacent to the campus on the east. The far east parking lot will be available parking for visitors during all hours.
