Rosemeade 2nd Annual Turkey Trot
On Nov. 17, Rosemeade Elementary held its 2nd Annual Turkey Trot. Students chose to either walk, jog or run as competitors ran the entire walking track around the Rosemeade Recreation Center and Park. Rosemeade families were invited to attend and cheer on their students as they took to the track.
The Roadrunners went by grade with the rest of the school cheering them on as they reached the finish line.
The event was a great kick-off to the Thanksgiving week break and to encourage physical fitness with students and their families.
