For Students in Kindergarten through 12th Grade
Moving Ground Dance Company and the Creekview Department of Dance are excited to present our annual dance workshop, featuring artistic dance!
Your child will learn contemporary modern dance and hip hop as well as rhythmic exercises and body conditioning. This event is for boys and girls, and we encourage all to join us! There will be a performance for parents at 11:30 am in the gym.
A dance clinic t-shirt is included, plus a snack & drink at break time.
Please email Ronelle Eddings (eddingsr@cfbisd.edu) to complete a registration form and mail it along with payment to the address at the bottom of the page, or bring it to register on-site. We accept cash or money order. Walk-ins are welcome!
- Clinic will be held in the Creekview High School Dance Hall – 3201 Old Denton Road, next to the Gymnasiums.
- Attire is exercise wear, bare feet for modern, tennis shoes for hip hop, and long hair should be in a ponytail.
All proceeds from this event will be used to help fund travel to the National High School Dance Festival, costumes and dance expenses for the company.

Last year, 
Ronnie Akins and Ronniah Akins are brother and sister and both on the Varsity Basketball Teams at R. L. Turner High School. They sat down for an interview as they are preparing for the Battle of Josey Lane Basketball Game. Check back next week for the interview and the results of the game.
It’s that time of year again and Spring 2019 Adult Spanish Classes are now available. Both an introductory class and an advanced class will be available starting in February. This course is for adults. Those who have taken these courses previously have included parents of Dual Language students, a teachers and principals, and members of the community.
