Congratulations to the following students who have been recognized as BALANCED IB Scholars! According to the International Baccalaureate, BALANCED students are people who understand the importance of balancing different aspects-intellectual, physical and emotional-to achieve well-being for themselves and others. They recognize our interdependence with other people and with the world in which we live. The following students were nominated by their teachers, and got to attend a special luncheon to learn how adults have to remain balanced as well: Samuel Fuentes, Danielle Nichols, Amaya Harris, Kapil Yadav, Shun Mizuno, Isabel Cancel.
