Students attending Exploration Academy at Perry Middle School this summer have the option to take two enrichment classes in their areas of interest. Students in Ms. Solorzano’s “Tecky Kids” class are learning to explore, create, and collaborate through various coding tools such as Bloxels and Spheros. Students and design complex maps for their Spheros to follow. Students also learn how to make complex games with Bloxels. With each colored block representing a block of corresponding code, students learn concepts in object-oriented programming. Exploration Academy classes will continue through June 29.
