Transcripts
Transcripts may be ordered online through Parchment or one may be requested in person in the CHS Records office. The CHS charge is $5 per transcript. There is a 24-48 hour turn around for all orders.
CURRENT STUDENTS:
To send your transcript to a TEXAS PUBLIC COLLEGE OR UNIVERSITY, complete a yellow TREX slip in the CHS Records office. These requests are processed at the end of each day. TREX is a FREE SERVICE for current CHS students and the transcript is delivered electronically to the college(s) you indicate. The student is responsible for sending all standardized test scores to the college or university.
ATTENTION SENIORS:
Final transcripts for seniors are NOT automatically sent to universities and colleges. Students are responsible for requesting a final transcript be sent to their college.  Order forms will be available in May in the Records Office. Final transcripts will not be sent until late June.
