CFB is proud to partner with Metrocrest Services to provide additional support to our CFB families. Metrocrest Services provides a wide range of emergency aid, financial assistance and services to support independent living for individuals and families.Â
Metrocrest provides services to families living in Carrollton, Farmers Branch, Addison, Coppell and the city of Dallas in Denton County. During a scheduled appointment a case manager will conduct a confidential interview to determine the level of need and eligibility for services.
Services include: Information & Referrals, Case Management, Rent & Utility Assistance, Food Pantry, Budgeting and Financial Education and Workforce Development.  Metrocrest also offers a Computer Lab with access to the internet, Resume Software, Phone, Fax, Printer, and Photocopier. Clients with limited computer experience can receive training. Bus vouchers or gas cards, assistance with haircuts & work attire and GED test preparation assistance are also available through Metrocrest Services.
