The Creekview High School Records department requires a 24 hour notice.
After notification, the parent/guardian must come to the Creekview High School Records office with a current picture ID.
All school-issued items (Chromebook and cord, calculator, supplies, textbooks, uniforms, picture ID, etc.) must be returned and all outstanding fines paid.
STUDENTS ARE NOT OFFICIALLY WITHDRAWN UNTIL THEY ENROLL IN ANOTHER SCHOOL. ABSENCES WILL ACCRUE.
