On October 31st, the Polk Middle School 8th grade football A-team completed an undefeated district championship. Â Even more impressive, the core freshmen group at Newman Smith went 15-1 in 7th and 8th grade, and this 8th grade group went 16-0 in 7th and 8th grade, setting an overall record of 31-1.
