Beginning April 1, 2020 – Parents of students who are not currently attending the After the Bell Program need to complete these two steps in order to indicate their interest in our program:
- Register your child for school on line for the 2020-2021 regular school year @ https://cfbonlineregistration.cfbisd.edu/Register.aspx, and
- Complete the 2020 – 2021 Interest Form on the After the Bell website https://go.cfbisd.edu/students-parents/after-the-bell/.
For both of the above websites, select 2021 as the year and select the campus your child will attend.
Available spaces in the program will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
Based on space availability, ATB Site Directors will call parents of students who are requesting to start to attend ATB in 2020 – 2021 to let them know whether they are in the program or are on the waiting list. Once parents are notified that space is available, they will be given directions on how to pay the registration fee and three weeks’ tuition in order to guarantee their child’s placement in the program. If the “holding fees” are not paid within two weeks of notification, the spot will be forfeited and given to the next child on the waiting list.
Directors will allow new students to join ATB until their campus has reached capacity of 100 students at which time the campus will be posted as CLOSED on the ATB website and at the campus.
Even after the campus is closed, parents may continue to add their child’s information to the Interest Form for 2020 – 2021. This will serve as the campus’ Waiting List and parents will be notified when/if a space becomes available.
