Students Learn Big Concepts in CFB Pre-K

Don’t let their diminutive size fool you. There’s a lot going on in those brains! At Pre-K at Furneaux Elementary, students are learning about their community. While they learn about neighborhoods, community, city services, and businesses, students pick up big concepts quickly. While some students read, others are role playing as employees and shoppers of their own tyke-sized Home Depot. Pre-K students build their own train tracks, play in a miniaturized town, and sort lumber while learning the concepts of how their neighborhood and community work together.
