Students identified as Gifted and Talented have the option to attend SAGE at Perry Middle School during the summer. Second-grade students in SAGE 2 class are using their brains strategically. Learning and playing chess allows the students to have fun while also upping their strategy game in thinking out their partner’s possible future moves. This is just one of many activities these students engage in as they solidify their understanding of more complex topics for their age-group. SAGE classes will continue through June 29.
