Janie Stark Elementary third grader Chloe Hernandez shows off her Fire Prevention Poster, just announced as Best of Show for the 2019 Fire Prevention Poster Contest. The theme of the 2019 poster contest was “LOOK. LISTEN. LEARN. Be aware. Fire can happen anywhere.” As winner, Chloe received a $100 gift card to Walmart. This year marked the 23rd consecutive year the Farmers Branch Fire Department has offered the Fire Prevention Poster Contest.
