Ranchview Hosts 2019 Senior Honors Breakfast

On Apr. 23, Ranchview High School hosted its 2019 Senior Honors Breakfast. The top 10% of the 2019 graduating class were honored for their academic achievements. The seniors’s families were invited to take part in the celebration. The event began with a breakfast and performances by members of the RHS orchestra. The Salutatorian for the graduating class is Brittany Given, who has a cumulative GPA of 103.47. Principal Sherie Skruch spoke about Given, stating, “because of her intelligence, her tenacity, and her creativity, we know she will leave Ranchview and continue on a path toward success.”

Valedictorian

The Valedictorian for the class of 2019 is Maanasa Lanka, who has a cumulative GPA of 103.66. Mrs. Skruch said of Lanka, “she has won numerous awards, carries herself with the highest degree of academic excellence, and has done it all with humble grace. There is no doubt in my mind that she will be a successful doctor, scientist or anything she sets her mind to. Her drive and dedication are traits that will carry her far as she moves towards her future.”
