Thanks to Dallas County Promise, there could be FREE college in your child’s future. Students attending R. L. Turner High School, Newman Smith High School, and Early College High School (begins this year for ECHS) in the fall of 2018 will be eligible for free college tuition toward a 2 or 4 year degree, regardless of income, thanks to Dallas County Promise. This partnership between the Dallas County Community College Foundation, the Dallas County Community College District, local school districts, and businesses and industry help to make this possible. Business partners are providing donations to the Dallas County Community College Foundation to fund the program. More information is explained in the video below.
