Performance Responsibilities:
To maintain the painted areas in all school district facilities with as little interruption to the education process as possible.
- Paint walls, trim, floors, and ceiling in school building.
- Paint parking lot stripping.
- Paint playground stripping.
- Refinish gym floor.
- Repair plaster, tape bed and texture.
- Stain, seal, and varnish wood surfaces.
- Repair torn wallpaper.
- Set up and tear down scaffolding.
- Maintain chalkboard refinishing and lines.
- Paint exterior trim and walls.
- Work the sandblasting machine.
- Paint furniture and equipment.
- Remove all graffiti from school facilities.
- Making banners, room identification, building signs and metal signs.
- Work overtime hours as needed.
- Able to receive orders and do job.
