Students attending Smith, Turner, and Early College High Schools can attend college for FREE through Dallas County Promise. The program covers the gap between what a student’s state and federal financial aid covers and the cost of tuition. Students must fill out their FAFSA or TAFSA forms and turn them in by Friday, March 8 to qualify.
