Congratulations for Kashmira Kuloor, 5th grader at McCoy Elementary school, for placing 2nd in the 3rd-5th grade category. DART received nearly 1200 individual entries from students in the DART service area.  Kashmira will receive a medallion, a certificate and other items from DART.
