  • By checking the "I Agree" box below, you acknowledge and testify that the above information you have provided is true and that you have read and agree to the CFBISD Admission and Transfer procedures, along with the FAQs: Athletics, UIL, and Transfers document, and that you have been informed and fully understand that it is a criminal offense to falsify information on forms required for student registration. A person who knowingly falsifies information on a form required for enrollment shall be liable to the District and may be charged with a felony offense. (Texas Education Code 25.001 (h), Penal Code 37.10) The (parent/guardian) and (student) are aware of and understand these standards and that if these standards are not maintained, the Admissions Transfer may be revoked. Should the student violate the standards, the District has the authority to revoke the transfer and send the student to the campus serving the attendance zone where the student’s parent/guardian resides. Transportation is not provided for students on Admissions transfer. In accordance with the Electronic Records and Signatures in Commerce Act of 2000, the check box below and subsequently submitting the form is as legally binding as a signature done with pen and paper.
