Families need to meet income criteria before they can be considered for a PreK Scholarship. The following information will help us identify families who meet the criteria and can be considered for a PreK Scholarship. Scholarships are very limited.
How many people live in the household (include all adults and children)?*
Total MONTHLY Income (before deductions) of ALL household members. Include wages, salary, welfare payments, child support, alimony, pensions, Social Security, worker's compensation, unemployment and all other sources of income (before any type of deductions).*
How many of the people you listed above earn an income?*
