If your child gets sick at school, it’s not easy to leave work.
What can you do?
CFBISD Campuses (listed below) are proud to partner with Children’s HealthSM to provide access to Telehealth for our students. With your permission, a school nurse can use video technology to connect your child with a Children’s Health doctor or nurse practitioner. Your child can be diagnosed and have prescriptions sent to your pharmacy, all without having to leave school or you having to leave work, in most cases.
It’s a convenient option for care.
Telehealth services will be billed to your insurance provider or to Medicaid. No coverage? No problem. After your visit, Children’s Health will bill you directly. Most families qualify for a discount and no student will be turned away for a visit.
