This was no ordinary event
On Jun. 5, Superintendent of Schools for Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD, Dr. John E. Chapman, III, delivered the State of the District to over 300 administrators and district stakeholders. The event was held at Ranchview High School in Irving, Texas. The audience heard about the great things happening in CFBISD, as well as learning about Dr. Chapman’s vision for the district.
During his presentation, Dr. Chapman introduced new initiatives, including the district’s Vision 2030 plan. The plan included collaborative vision for CFBISD that supports all students through academics as well as social and emotional resources to help them be successful in all aspects of life. Vision 2030 will guide our district regarding where we want to be, as well as outlining how and when we will get there.
Dr. John Chapman is currently completing his first year as the Superintendent of CFBISD. This event marked his first State of the District for CFBISD.
