Dr. Bobby Burns, CFBISD Superintendent, announced his retirement in February. While serving CFBISD as Superintendent for 10 years, Dr. Burns is in his 30th year with the district, and 39th in education. On Jun. 6, a reception was held in Dr. Burns’ honor at DeWitt Perry Middle School, where he once served as principal.
