SGAP Spotlights RLT Teacher
The Student Governmental Affairs Program (SGAP), a non-profit and nonpartisan national organization providing materials for government classes across the country. R. L. Turner High School teacher, Lori Dumerer, was selected by SGAP for their Teacher Spotlight for October 2017. Dumerer teaches AP US Government, AP US History, AP Macroeconomics, and Pre-AP US History at RLT. She was most recently honored as the Humanities Teacher of the Year from Humanities Texas.
