Fall 2017 Spanish Classes for Adults

Fall 2017 Spanish Classes for AdultsCFBISD is conducting 2017 Spanish Classes for adults. For the Fall semester, Spanish II and Spanish III will be offered once per week. The cost of the course is $50 for CFB employees and $100 for non-employees. Spanish II is a follow up to the Spanish I course taught in the Spring. The course will focus on practicing previously taught material and adding the two past tenses.

Spanish III will continue to drill previously covered material and will add perfect tenses and introduce commands and the subjunctive. Spanish III students will have weekly news reports and discussions in the language.

For those new to the language, Spanish I will be offered again in February of 2018. Spanish II will be held on Wednesdays, Sep. 13 – Nov. 15, while Spanish III will be held on Thursdays, Sep. 14 – Nov. 16. Courses will be held on their respective days 6-9 p.m. in the Farmers Branch Room of the ESDC, Bldg. B at 1820 Pearl St., Carrollton, TX 75006.

There is much interaction in the class. Students should expect lots of classroom conversation, homework, and lots of fun.

Employees can register through Eduphoria on the Staff Portal. For all others interested in the course, please contact instructor Georgina Tezer at 972-968-6513 or via e-mail at tezerg@cfbisd.edu.
