Thinker Leaders of BBMS

Congratulations!  These six students have been recognized as excellent THINKERS in our International Baccalaureate World School.  According to the IB, a THINKER is someone who uses critical and creative thinking skills to analyse and take responsible action on complex problems. They exercise initiative in making reasoned, ethical decisions.

Last Friday, these students  participated in a special luncheon, and  met with Dr. Kathryn Schaeffer, who is the Executive Director of Advanced Academic Services in Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD.  She spoke with the students about how she has to use her thinking skills on a daily basis with her professional career.  In the back row is Ilisha Thakker, Nishi Patel, Andrea Hernandez and Varun Pottepalli.  On the front row is Wesley Gates and Mohammad Kabsour.  BBMS is exta proud of these IB students!
