We are seeking input on the 2019-2020 Academic Calendar. This year, CFB has two options for the Academic Calendar. Please review the calendars and provide input on your preferred calendar.

Overview of the Calendar Options:
Option A:
- Teachers return on Tuesday, August 6.
- Teacher workday is on Tuesday, August 13.
- Opening of Schools Ceremony is on Wednesday, August 14.
- First day of school is on Thursday, August 15.
- Staff development days are built into October and February.
- Monday, October 14 is a staff exchange day for parent conferences.
- Friday, April 10 is a holiday.
- Bad Weather days are at the end of April.
- Last Day of School is Thursday, May 28.
- Teacher Work day is Friday, May 29.
Option B:
- Teachers return on Wednesday, August 7.
- Opening of Schools Ceremony is on Wednesday, August 14.
- Teacher workday is on Friday, August 16th.
- First day of school is Monday, August 19.
- Staff development days are built into October and February.
- Monday, October 14th is a staff exchange day for parent conferences.
- Friday, April 10 and Friday, April 24 are Bad Weather Days.
- Last Day of School is Thursday, May 28.
- Teacher Workday is Friday, May 29.
Neither calendar includes staff development exchange days. The calendar does include one waiver day for teachers for parent-teacher conferences on October 14.
